Age Requirement-All affiliate partners must be at least 18 years old to enroll and participate in the affiliate program.

Your Responsibility-When marketing DigiConn in the affiliate program, you are responsible for following anti-spam laws and regulations. Please feel free to send out communications and post on social media accounts. However, be respectful of people's privacy and communication preferences.

Collecting Information-When enrolling in the affiliate program, we do require some basic contact and mailing information. However, in some circumstances, additional information may be required for tax purposes (generally when making over $599 through the DigiConn affiliate program).

Payment-Payment will be mailed to the address used when enrolling in the affiliate program. Payment is mailed after the new customer you referred pays their first month invoice. If your mailing address has changed since enrolling, it is your responsibility to contact us to update. We are not responsible for lost payments. In order for you to be paid, customers must provide your affiliate code when initially contacting DigiConn to begin services. Please ensure those you refer understand this.

Local Laws/Regulations-Ensure you are following local laws in your area, as well as Federal laws, when participating in the affiliate program. Consult your attorney for any needed guidance.

Program End-DigiConn reserves the right to end the affiliate program at any time without advanced notice. If the program ends, the affiliate sign up page will be updated to reflect the ending of the affiliate program. DigiConn reserves the right to end our partnership with you with, or without, reasoning. Generally, partnerships will end if you misrespresent DigiConn, our services, or publish any other misinformation.

Affiliate Code-You are provided a unique affiliate code when enrolling. This is how you get paid. Do not lose this code and do not share the code. The affiliate codes determine who will be paid for new customers, when applicable.

Adult Content-Posting on adult websites or alongside adult content is strictly prohibited. Doing so will immediately end your partnership with us and any unpaid commissions will be forfeited by you. When applicable, legal action will be taken.

Evolving Terms-The terms listed on this page may change at any time without notice. Continuing to participate in the affiliate program, you acknowledge you agree to the terms. The affiliate terms are in addition to our primary terms of service and our privacy policy. Please read before enrolling.

Self Referral-If you are enrolled in the affiliate program, you are not eligible to receive payment for your own messaging plans. You must refer a third party.

Location-DigiConn is authorized to send outbound messages to all 50 states of the United States of America. However, we are unable to do business outside the country at this time. With that in mind, affiliate partners must be residents of the USA and referrals must be located/registered in the USA.
