IS IT DIFFICULT TO CREATE A NEW SHORT URL IF I HAVE SIGNED UP FOR THE UNLIMITED SHORT URL PLAN?

Simple answer is no. After completing payment for the unlimited short URL plan, an email from support@digiconnllc.com will be sent containing a temporary password and a link to reset the temporary password. After setting a new password, your personal URL management page will be available to create new short URLs. Simply type in the URL you want contacts to arrive at and we do the rest.

HOW DO I KNOW IF MY SHORT URLS ARE BEING USED?

As part of the unlimited short URL plan purchased with a low one-time fee, you will be given access to a dashboard. This dashboard lists each of your short URLs and how many times each short URL has been accessed.

HOW ARE THE NUMBER OF MESSAGES COUNTED?

The number of messages are counted by adding the total number of message requests done, whether it is one message sent to a single contact, one message sent to multiple contacts, or multiple messages sent to multiple contacts. For example, attempting to send a single announcement to 200 contacts will count as 200 messages. Unlike others, we don't charge by "units" or "credits". If your plan says you get 500 messages, you will get 500 messages.

HOW MANY MESSAGES PER DAY CAN I SEND?

DigiConn-built software has the capability of sending tens of thousands of messages per day for our clients. With our partnership with the top cell carriers covering 99% of the US cell users, our throughout is high. We have been authorized to send an unlimited volume of messages when using our registered toll-free number (SMS only). With 10DLC registration, volume can be as high as 4,500 messages an hour (SMS and MMS).

HOW DO I SEND MESSGAES? SMS, MMS, VOICE

There are multiple ways to queue up and send new SMS, MMS, or Voice messages. One way is to send us a csv file (we work with you to create the layout). Our platforms will read the data points in the csv file and generate the messages based on the template chosen. The simplest way for you is to log onto your personal message page and generate messages. We offer free training to help you get started.

WHAT IS 10DLC?

10DLC numbers are local long-code numbers that are approved by mobile network operators for A2P SMS messaging. This approval comes about by registering the local long-code number with a verified 10DLC brand and an approved 10DLC campaign.

Because 10DLC numbers are pre-approved by mobile network operators, messages sent on these numbers are more likely to reach the recipient than with regular local long codes.

HOW DO I KNOW HOW MANY MESSAGES I HAVE USED THIS MONTH?

One benefit DigiConn offers is a free client portal. This portal allows contact management as well as monitoring how many messages you have attempted to send for the current month. This feature helps you to control costs and maintain your budget. Don't worry about going over your plan's maximum volume. DigiConn allows you to send more messages than your plan limit at a reduced cost per message.

I HAVE SEEN THE CLIENT PORTAL MENTIONED. WHAT IS IT?

The client portal is your hub to help manage your contacts, your groups, and to monitor the messaging volume you are doing. When selecting detailed reporting or the ability to view inbound messages, your portal is where you will see those.

IS THERE A LIMIT TO HOW MANY CONTACTS I CAN STORE IN MY ACCOUNT?

There is no limit to the number of contacts you can have. Create 500 contacts or 5 million. Unlike some competitors, we do not charge you for creating and storing contacts. Not only can you create as many contacts as you need, but you can create as many contact groups as you need, all for free.

YOU MENTIONED CONTACT GROUPS. WHAT ARE THOSE?

Contact groups are groups of contacts you can create in the client portal and assign contacts (phone numbers) to those groups. Segregate your contacts into named groups so you can control who sees which message. For example, a director of a sports group has multiple teams they oversee. They can create a group for each team to send messages about practices or games without memebers of the other teams getting those messages.

HOW DO I CREATE NEW CONTACTS?

There are two options to create contacts after logging into your account. The first option is to manually type in the phone number and name of a new contact. This is a great choice if you just have a handful to add. However, if you have several contacts to add at the same time, you can upload a csv file with that information and add hundreds or even thousands at a time.

WHAT ARE THE TYPES OF AUTOMATED MESSAGES THAT CAN BE SENT?

DigiConn is capable of generating SMS, MMS, or Voice messages. SMS, or standard texting, allows you to send up to 250 characters at a time to your contacts. This is great for short messages such as a statement notification or appointment reminder.

MMS, or picture messages, allow you to send a message up to 750 characters along with an image. This option is perfect for sending newsletters, longer messages, or announcing upcoming events.

Voice messages will turn text into a human-like automated voice message. This option can help with organizational announcements, sale events, appontment reminders, and more.

Absolutely! Non-profit organizations ALWAYS get half-off their initial setup fee.

DO I SIGN A CONTRACT?

All our messaging plans do require a 12-month agreement. All plans offer straightforward pricing without any hidden fees or costs. What you sign up for is what you pay, excluding taxes, when applicable.

Although we can help just about any industry, we are unable send messages for debt collection entities. With the ever-changing regulations and risks invloved, this is one area we cannot assist with.
