Opting Out of Communications

About DigiConn, LLC

DigiConn, LLC provides outbound communications on behalf of our customers. In many cases, the text sent will included verbiage of "on behalf of [customer name]." As a provider of these services for our customers we do not manage the consent or opt-in/out processes. During the implementation contract process, and as stated in our TOS, our customers are responsible for managing consent and their contact list(s). DigiConn is not responsible for managing messaging consent and is simply the delivery engine used for messaging.

How to Opt-Out

In order to opt-out of future communications, please contact the entity DigiConn, LLC sent the message on behalf of. For example, if the message received stated "on behalf of ACME Healthcare" you would contact ACME Healthcare directly and ask to be removed from their contact list for future campaigns and automated messages.
